Clear English at work

Here's your number.

Plainly records one real answer — a meeting update, an interview question — and turns it into a score out of 100, a marked transcript, one tip and one drill.

No account needed for the first result. Audio is deleted the moment it is scored.

Three steps, about two minutes

1

Record something real

A meeting update, an interview answer, the intro you keep fumbling. Up to 60 seconds, in the browser, on your phone.

2

See the number

Fillers per minute, pace, long pauses, hedging words — turned into one score out of 100 and a marked transcript.

3

Do one drill

One tip, one five-minute exercise. Tomorrow, do it again and watch the line move.

What the score is made of

Six components, weighted. The formula is public and lives in the same code the app runs — nothing is invented per result.

Honest about the limits

  • We don't score your accent. The score is about fillers, pace, pauses and structure. Pronunciation mode checks whether words were clear, not whether you sound British.
  • A number is not a verdict. A low score on a hard question can be more useful than a high score on an easy one.
  • No recordings kept. Audio is transcribed in memory, scored, and discarded. What stays is the transcript and your scores.
