- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. One analysis a day, and your last 10 results. The daily drill is free too. No card needed.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- The plan you chose starts: $12.99 a month or $79.99 a year. We email you two days before it ends, and you can cancel before then without paying.
- How do I cancel?
- Two clicks on your account page, which opens the billing portal. Choose cancel at the next billing date and keep access until the period you paid for ends. No email, no phone call.
- Do you store my recordings?
- No. Audio is transcribed and scored in memory, then discarded. We keep the transcript and your scores so you can see progress.
- Can I buy this in the app instead?
- Yes — the Plainly app sells the same plan through the App Store and Play Store. Your account works in both places.
